- 研究分析竞争环境、产品及技术发展趋势,分析新业务机会以开发并推动实施康宁中国最佳布线解决方案以满足中国布线市场的特定需求。
- Research and analyse competitive environment, new product/technology developments, as well as new business opportunities to develop and implement optimal Corning China Private Network solutions to meet specific market needs
- 基于以上解决方案,系统计划并实施解决方案的相应推广,包括:标准投标方案、相关技术文章、介绍文档以及市场活动、广告等。
- Based on the above solutions, make and implement respective promotion plan systematically, including standard tendering proposal, technical introduction articles, presentations as well as marketing event, advertising, articles.

- 4年本科毕业,计算机、网络、通信、电子或其他相关专业。MBA更佳。
- At least 4-year-college degree with major in computer, network, communication and electronics or other related. MBA is preferred.
- 广泛的(5年或更长)的布线行业背景,领域包括工程技术、销售及市场。
- Extensive (Five years or longer) working experience in the cabling industry in the following areas (engineering, sales and marketing)
- 有2年以上跨国公司工作经验,其他布线厂家更佳。
- 2 year or longer working experience in International companies. Working experience in other cabling manufacturer is preferred.

Position title: Sales Rep. / Public Networks H&E – Mainland China
Major Responsibilities:
- Develop and cultivate customers
- Be responsible for sales territories and / or customers
- Prepare, submit and accomplish sales budget
- Outline, set and implement the regional sales strategy under the leadership of his/her direct supervisor and marketing
- Define and implement program strategies for key customers and market applications within area of responsibility
- Ensure the existence and use of clear, documented and effective business processes in the assigned sales area
- Be responsible for business reports at request by his/her supervisor
- Prepare, submit and accomplish expense budget

* Position title: Regional Sales Manager (South China)
located : Guangzhou or Shenzhen.
Major responsibilities:
- Plan, organize the sales activities in area of Sourth China, especially in Guangzhou, Hong Kong and Shenzhen.
- Maximize sales for all Corning Cable Systems’ products to the Private Networks market in the assigned region. Prepare, submit and accomplish sales budget
- Outline, set and implement the regional commercial strategy under the leadership of marketing
- Manage distributors, resellers, system integrators, agents and other sales / market channels under the coordination of commercial marketing channel manager
- Define and implement program strategies for key customers and market applications within area of responsibility
- Assist in effective use of EWP and LinkUp programs in the assigned region
- Ensure the existence and use of clear, documented and effective business processes in the assigned sales area
- Be responsible for business reports at request by his supervisor

* Position Title: Product Coordinator
Located: Shanghai
Job Description:
- Support the hardware and equipment business by analyzing and understanding the competitive environment, pricing, profitability, new product developments, as well as new business opportunities.
- Define product requirements as well as understand and coordinate configurations for specific customer applications, including the definition of product concept, creating and managing the Project Approval Process, and assisting in the release to manufacture and release to sales.
- Assist in the developing new product introductions plans and ensure that products are positioned appropriately and coordinated with commercial strategy with respect to performance, price, packaging, promotion and advertising, documentation and technical support.
- Support the sales force by providing required presentation material, technical information, product samples, and product specifications. Visit customer accounts as necessary.
- Be responsible for driving and coordinating the business forecasts between the commercial and operations organizations.
Requirements
- Operational skills: manufacturing and engineering operations, pricing, planning and forecasting, and product costing and financial analysis skills.
- Product Knowledge: Understanding of the hardware and equipment products used in private network, public carrier, and OEM applications.
- Technical Skills: Computer skills for maintaining spreadsheets for pricing, cost, and forecast information.
- Communication Skills: Ability to effectively communicate both orally and in writing in English and Mandarin is required. Ability to work well in a team environment.
- Education: Four year bachelor degree in a technical and/or business field or equivalent from an accredited University. MBA is a plus.
