Position title: Sales Rep. / Public Networks H&E – Mainland China
Major Responsibilities:
- Develop and cultivate customers
- Be responsible for sales territories and / or customers
- Prepare, submit and accomplish sales budget
- Outline, set and implement the regional sales strategy under the leadership of his/her direct supervisor and marketing
- Define and implement program strategies for key customers and market applications within area of responsibility
- Ensure the existence and use of clear, documented and effective business processes in the assigned sales area
- Be responsible for business reports at request by his/her supervisor
- Prepare, submit and accomplish expense budget

Required Skills and Education
Requirements:
- Must have at least 4-year-college degree with major in business or science preferred, equivalent experience a substitute
- Must have at least three (3) year sales or marketing or engineering experience in the industry. Work experience in International companies preferred
- Must prove strong interpersonal skills
- Must possess strong initiative, resiliency, organizational and time management skills. Must be an excellent problem solver, comfortable with peaks and valleys in work load. Must be able to work in an environment with minimum supervision
- Must be willing for extensive travel (mostly domestic)
- Must show strong language skills, English is a plus
- Business experience of H&E products will be preferred

Position Title: System Solutions Engineer
Location:  Shanghai
Responsibilities:
- Research and analyse competitive environment, new product/technology developments, as well as new business opportunities to develop and implement optimal Corning China Private Network solutions to meet specific market needs
- Based on the above solutions, make and implement respective promotion plan systematically, including standard tendering proposal, technical introduction articles, presentations as well as marketing event, advertising, articles.
- Support sales force by providing required presentation material, technical information, product samples, and product specifications.
- Analyze market trends and consolidate market feedbacks

Requirements:
- At least 4-year-college degree with major in computer, network, communication and electronics or other related. MBA is preferred.
- Extensive （Five years or longer） working experience in the cabling industry in the following areas (engineering, sales and marketing)
- 2 year or longer working experience in International companies. Working experience in other cabling manufacturer is preferred.
- Marketing background is preferred
- Solid knowledge of network applications and products
- Strong interpersonal skills to interact with team members
- Strong initiative, resiliency, organizational and time management skills
- An excellent problem solver, comfortable with peaks and valleys in work load
- Willing for extensive travel
