Position Title: Senior Sales Engineer Private Networks
Major Responsibilities
- Develop and cultivate customers
- Be responsible for sales territories and / or customers and / or market segments
- Focus on technical solutions for data center, storage area network and FTTd
- Outline, set and implement the regional sales strategy under the leadership of his/her direct supervisor and marketing
- Implement program strategies
- Ensure the existence and use of clear, documented and effective business processes in the assigned sales area
- Prepare, submit and accomplish sales budget
- Be responsible for business reports at request by his/her supervisor

Requirements
- Must have at least 4-year-college degree with major in business or science preferred, equivalent experience a substitute
- Must have at least three (3) year sales or marketing or engineering experience in industry related to data centers, storage networks and / FTTd
Working experience in International companies preferred - Must prove strong interpersonal communication skills
- Must possess strong initiative, resiliency, organizational and time management skills.
- Must be an excellent problem solver, comfortable with peaks and valleys in work load.
- Must be willing for extensive travel (mostly domestic)
- Must show strong language skills, English is a plus
