1、 Process  Engineer（上海市）

Job Description:
1.Provide technical support for the Cable Assembly Operation.
2.Produce and refine draft procedures and document changes to existing procedures. Create and maintain raw material specifications.
3.Establish new Bills of Materials (BOM) and update existing BOM's as required.
4.Create and modify fixture, assembly, and flyer drawings. Create and modify drawings as part of raw material specifications.
5.Support of production, quality control, and purchasing by evaluating discrepancies with materials, communicating with suppliers, and troubleshooting as needed.
6.Coordinate the introduction of new processes and products to the Optical Assembly Plant utilizing existing resources that include development through Hardware and Equipment.
7.Understand new customer requirements. Coordinate and manage new product and process transfers into the Optical Assembly Plant.
8.Receive new product and process transfers from Hardware and Equipment including the planning and scheduling of pre-production runs, refining draft procedures, and preparing production to meet forecast demands.
9.Train production trainer and process technicians of new processes, procedures, process modification, and new equipment operation.
10.Complete assigned projects that include product evolutions, process improvements, and modifications to existing products to meet customer requirements.
11.Support of production, quality control, and purchasing by evaluating discrepancies with materials, communicating with suppliers, and troubleshooting as needed.
12.Meet plant cost reduction goals through process and productivity improvements and efficiently managing consumables and operating supplies.

Job Qualifications:
1.Bachelor and /or above
2.Major in engineering or science
3.At least 3 years experiences in electrical engineering or other related manufacturing engineering area.
4.Solid engineering knowledge including process, material, control, mechanical and other related knowledge.
5.Familiar with ERP system.
6.Familiar with quality, EH&S and OHSAS management system such as ISO9000, ISO14001.
7.Familiar with process/quality/cost control and improvement tools such as SPC, DOE, FMEA, TQM, IE, seven quality tools, MCV
8.Good written and oral English communication.
9.Good PC skills such as Microsoft office.
10.Have some knowledge with production and maintenance management and related tools such as 5S, TPM, AMO, mini-company and others.
11.Have some knowledge with facility and IT system.
12.Have some knowledge of optical application and technical support for external customer.
13.Project management skill

2、 Financial Analyst & Controlling Supervisor（上海市）

Job Description:
Internal Control
1.Be responsible for SOX documents updating, implementation.
2.Strengthen internal controls within SHCCS 
3.Assistant drive continuous improvement of all operation financial systems
4.Internal Auditor the company process, procedure, documentation.

Provide and interpret financial report to business leaders
1.Implement the cost accounting system. Deliver product and profitability statement to Finance Manager.
2.Assist Finance Manager in financial decisions and make recommendations
3.Deeply analyses the operation & commercial department expenses, provide report to Finance Manager.
4.Account reconciliation per monthly
5.Provide financial result to Finance manager monthly.
6.Assistant Finance Manager to prepare the corporate request
7.Support implementation of the yearly budgeting process (Green Book-5 years & Black Book-1 year) and track progress. Regularly update the forecast to that budget.
8.Communicate with other department for company policy.
9.Training for employee.
10.Projects as requested

Job Qualifications :
1.Bachelors or University Degree or equivalent
2.At least 5 years finance analysis & controller experience in a Multinationals company(s) environment, Preference with 4-big firm experience; 
3.Fluent written and verbal communication in English
4.In-depth knowledge of Local legal statutory reporting requirements
5.In-depth knowledge of local tax requirements
6.In-depth knowledge of US GAAP reporting requirements, company  accounting/financial policies
7.Good communication skills for commitment and results Team player
8.Quality driven, results oriented, and reliable on deadlines
