Support the senior management in strategic planning.
Develop and manage market intelligence database.
Lead competitive analysis
Lead and manage business planning and forecast.
Support business manager in green & black book process.

6、Strategic Pricing Manager（上海市）

Job Description:

1.Work closely with PLM and Application Engineering& solution function to optimize the product portfolio and the pricing system of LANscape solution.
2.Continuous product competency study in the market and work with the market analyses to setup the right and competitive pricing system to drive the sales direction
3.Optimize and maintain the competitive and effective pricing structure in the sales and channel to improve the efficiency of project sales and channel sales.
4.Work with the sales to setup the competitive key account pricing system to promote the sales position in the account.
5.Properly designed pricing incentive system to motivate the distribution system in sales for LANscape products.
6.Be responsible for the overall PN sales in the China region by the right pricing and the profitability control of the PN sales.
7.Continuously work with the PLM function with the solution cost reduction programs to improve the competency of LANscape products.
8.Project pricing study and key project pricing
9.Setting up the guideline on pricing control within the commercial team.
10.Improve the operational efficiency of the price quotation progress within the Commercial and the Company.
11.Other assignment from the management

Job Qualifications:

1.Bachelor or above level in business or science. MBA is preferred.
2.The business knowledge and certificate is a strong reference
3.Sales ,Marketing or Technical experience in enterprise infrastructure  industry above 5 years
4.Experience in Fiber Optic communication industry will be prioritized
5.Business experience in Telecom industry is preferred
6.Strong interpersonal communication
