Job Description:
1.Mmaximize sales of all corning cable system products and accomplish assigned sales targets and business objectives
2.Identify sales opportunities, follow and support partners to win projects with Corning products.
3.Support to implement market promotion programs with partners.
4.Develop and manage distributors, VARs and system integration to market coverage in alignment with company marketing strategies and priorities.
5.Support and push partners (distributors, VAR and SI) to focus on company priorities.
6.Develop and maintain the relationship with strategic customers
7.Identify partners’ requirements on training and services and respond to such requirement with support from other departments.
8.Initiate and support EWP programs implementation in assigned region.
9.Assist contract implementation, follow and coordinate all related department to provide after sales service.
10.Initiate and support linkup programs with consultants in assigned region.
Job Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's (graduate) degree with major in business or science preferred equivalent experience a substitute.
2. Must have at least 3 year sales or marketing or engineering experience in the industry. Work experience in International companies preferred,
3. Strong independent working skill, self management and encourage. Strong communication and coordination skills. Must possess strong initiative, resiliency, organizational and time management skills. Must be an excellent problem solver, comfortable with peaks and valleys in workload. Must be able to work in an environment with minimum supervision.
4. Open and communicative, stable and reliable, willing to take responsibility and risk, Integrity, Independent, but strong team work spirit
5. Must have knowledge in Private Networks (LAN, Data Centers, and Optical Networking, and structured cabling fields)
6. Must show strong language skills (Chinese and English) fluently in speaking and writing.
