Power application
Responsibilities:
1.Answering customers’and users’requests for assistance on
understanding, selecting, drawing, installing and using
CABLOFIL products
2.Translating or preparing technical documents and events
3.Participating in seminars and other marketing events as the
technical speaker for CABLOFIL products
4.Together with sales staff, visiting specifiers, customers and
users, in order to introduce the technical strengths of CABLOFIL
products and bring adequate technical support to both sales staff and
users
5.Participating in the testing and certification of CABLOFIL
products,in order to ensure their conformity with local standards of PRC.
6.If necessary, working on the adaptation of CABLOFIL products to
local installation habits / rules
Requirements:
1.University degree in electrical engineering
2.Proficient in the use of design software like AutoCAD, plus
knowledge of Word, Excel & PowerPoint
3.knowledge of electrical and/or telecommunications systems used on
construction projects (industry,commercial...)
4.Mandarin as mother tongue & good command of written and spoken English
5.hard-working, autonomous, dynamic, creative, outgoing, with good
communication and presentation skills
6.Based in Qingpu (Shanghai), with business trips across mainland China
VDI (voice, data, image) application:
Responisibilities:
1) Technical support
Answering VDI customers’ and users’ requests for assistance
on understanding, selecting, drawing, installing and using CABLOFIL products.
2) Technical marketing & specification
Translating or preparing VDI-oriented technical documents and events
(seminars, product training…).
Participating in seminars and other marketing events as the technical speaker for CABLOFIL products.
Together with sales staff, visiting (potential) VDI specifiers, customers and users (end-users’ IT dpts, systems integrators, M&E contractors…), in order to introduce the technical strengths of CABLOFIL products for VDI / low-voltage installations and bring adequate technical support to both sales staff and users.
3) Engineering
Participating in the testing and certification of CABLOFIL products,
in order to ensure their conformity with local standards of PRC.
If necessary, working on the adaptation of CABLOFIL products to
local installation habits / rules.
Check and control the evolution of the Chinese standards and
regulation related to cable management in the VDI field.
Requirements:
University background: major in Telecommunication, or electrical
/ electronic / mechanical engineering.
Experience: minimum 3 years experience as an engineer within
end-users’ IT department or SI, or as a technical support engineer
within telecom/VDI products’ vendor. Preferably, candidates must have
an extended knowledge of the design and functioning of data centers
/ VDI cabling.
Computer skills: proficient in the use of design software like
AutoCAD, plus knowledge of Word, Excel & PowerPoint.
Languages: Mandarin as mother tongue & good command of written
and spoken English.
Personality: hard-working, autonomous, dynamic, creative, outgoing,
with good communication and presentation skills.
Based in Qingpu (Shanghai), with business trips mainly in Eastern
China but also possibly across mainland China.
